just finished a drum to disk swap and the peddle is very soft i mean i can go 3/4 the throw without getting contact. bled the brakes 2x and is solid fluid the whole way is there somthing else i need to do ?

i got a 2000 camaro disk brakes all around and for the two years ive had the car the brake was always soft halfway down for me i only noticd the difference wen driving my mom or dads car. ive change the rotors once and pads twice when i bought the car and when i warpd my rotors. but my father and i have always thought that it was strange that the pedal was much softer then both our other cars. -
