After getting the feel of my new disk brakes I've noticed something. Its a PITA to balance the brakes for a burnout now. Im wondering if there is a way to make my own version of line locks weather its to lock the front brakes as engaged lock the rears as open or something else that will help lower the force on the rear end. Normally i know every one would think just get line locks but I really cant see or afford paying $150 for easier burnouts. :burn:

Re: brake locks
Just by a proportioning valve and at the track set the brakes all to the front. Then just foot brake the burnout, and then the stall up.Last edited by ssms5411; 08-31-2009, 11:57 AM.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
