Thunder Racing customer service sucks. I ordered a part back in April and didn't hear anything for a few weeks so I wrote them and they said it was on back order should be a couple more weeks. So after a month I called them and they said it should be any day now. I received the part but it was not what I ordered so I sent it to them, with me paying the shipping. They tell me the part I ordered will be shipped soon. I let a few more weeks ago by and ask again and they say it should be in any day now. Then I wait another month and finally just tell them to cancel the order, and they ask me why. I told them because I ordered the part 4 months ago and have not received anything nor been informed of anything. Then the order has two parts to it and I was refunded for one part but not the other so I write and the guy said oh, sorry I must have missed that. I'll refund you that and it has been over a week and still no refund for that part.

    What did you order?

that's where I bought my Borla and Random Tech Cat. Other than that I bought my other stuff from Texas Speed, LMperf., tbyrne, and RKSport. I've been lucky I guess, because I get them all right away. But I know the companies that the distributor made a contract with can be the problem.

Ugggh, your story gives me flashbacks of a couple years ago when I was trying to buy a Benchmade knife. Apparently few companies give a crap to update their website with their current inventory, e.g. "out of stock." I think I went through 4 websites and finally ended up overpaying just to get the damn thing within that year. I feel your pain.
