We closed on the beach house last Tuesday. We hadn't spent more than one hour in the house, tonight is our first full night staying here.. We'll be spending the whole weekend enjoying this beautiful weather. I gotta say, We are so happy We pull the trigger on this awesome beach property. 177k well invested Greenbacks!

My car is in the shop getting the engine retouched and tuned. Next stop is the all leather interior in two tone black and gray with a little bit of red accents.. then the new rag top and paint..

**** happens. That's why we pay a lot of money in insurance. We will always rebuild at no cost to us.. insurance covers such mother nature destruction. All you have to do is pay your insurance, like anything else.
