woops, paper + heater =?

yeah i did tell them to look in there they found : 4 and a half ( half ripped up) notebooks , a math book and 2 english books. not to metion the countless amounts of paper. but they said their going to turn the heater on saterday ( tomoro) and put paper on it, and see if it burns , if it doesnt, im going to be charged with arson (sp) which sucks becouse i seriously didnt lite it before i put it in.but really now, the school is going to do everything so it WONT catch on fire because if it does thats a major fire hazzard and they can get in some deep crap.but yea im scared , :(

ur not getting off scott free but the arson charge wont go through..... court runs off proof, and only proof.... Your admitting to putting the paper in, but they cant prove you lit it before you put it in.... Now if it was like a fridge and you put it in and it started on fire, common sense would say you lit it....But this is a heater, which gets hot, if its a gas one, it has a pilot light, and if its an electric one, it has hot coils....

Just get ya a cheapo lawyer on this one and you should do fine....

Youll be alright man, I dont think itll be that bad. When I was in HS, we did some dumb ****. Picked on the hall officers to chase us, lit **** on fire, ect ect. Your gonna get some **** but I highly doubt expelled, it was an accident, a not so smart one, but an accident. Dont sweat it man, just be 100% honest.

yea its just 10 days is alot of time off , im failing 5 classes as it is, and if i fail more than 2 classes i cant graduate , but even if i do fail too , sure i can still graduate if i go to summer school, but its more money than what my parents have . so this isnt good at all

Kind of funny how the majority of people here always want these harsh punishments for other people, but if they were in the same situation they'd be crying how they don't deserve it.

Mistake or intentional, damage was done. If someones tire blew out and their car spun up into my driveway and hit my car i'd want retribution even though it wasnt their fault their tire blew.
