Without any interruption in the power flow, the sequential seven-speed gearbox transmits the engine’s power to the wheels via permanent four-wheel drive.

Power bhp (kW) at RPM: 1001(736) / 6000
                  Torque lb-ft (Nm) at RPM: 923(1250) / 2200-5500

The picture of the engine is definately turbocharged. I guess when they says "Quad-Supercharged", they are referring to them as turbo-superchargers.

Which is why they are sometimes referred to as turbo-superchargers.

I remember that car in motor trend like 2 years ago, its a 16 cylinder engine with a turbo on each of the 4 banks of cyliders, W16 Quad Turbo as they called it. I dont think they ever got around to making very many.

I have Road and Track Magazine from 1995 and it features that same car. Sounds like they can't get it to come to America because of emission stardard.
