you can get it cut to the dimensions you want, then just glue it...
Look aorund for a local glass cutting place, maybe even try home depot. I knwo the one local to me does some but not sure of the thicknesses. The one local to me didn't do 1/8th in.
I think for about a 56"x42" piece of 1/8(you might want thicker) it cost about $45 Last time I bought it. So no dirt cheap but no outragous...
Tell us how it goes, sounds like a fun project I love making homemade stuff.
Yeah... all thanks to Dell making their motherboards backwards. You said you bought it, did you work with it? Cutting, etc? I'd probably just sit down with a big sheet one afternoon and cut what pieces I needed.
I didn't cut it. I had them cut it to my size. I just needed a replacement sheet for one that got broken at work.
but I don't think it woudl be easy... maybe with some sort of dremel type too... They probably won't charge you much to cut it. They had to put 2 nothces in it for locks, charged me $2 extra...
but if you said you needed pieces for the top, bottom sides, then maybe cut 2-3 extras for the front and back because those woudl be the ones you woudl likely have to custom cut.

Thats exactly what I had in mind... too bad there are no close ups. It looks like he didn't have to make access for the pci slots either, that was my main concern.
Time to find some plexiglass, then!
After looking on eBay some, I think this is going to be the most expensive case I've ever bought... and it doesn't even come assembled.
I didnt check out the links (and cant), so don't know if im just repeating something. But anyway I worked with plexiglass before, and to cut it, what I've done was take a straight edge, and score the plexiglass deep with a razor blade. Then I clamped it to the table and snapped it over the edge at the cut. Nice clean straight cuts. Worked well.
Now please tell me how I am useless compared to you? You might think the Lounge is important to you... however it is quite useless from a "V6 Performance" perspective.
whenever hawgs decides to post something its normally something sarcatic or a bash on some user. But when he does post for real, about something technicnical, it is fact. However the chance of one of his posts being constructed is slim. basically, dont take anything he says seriously. People have gotten on him about this BS before, so he knows what he's doing.
I’m new. I actually don’t own a Camaro or firebird. I do have a 2000 Camaro 3.8 fly by throttle and 4l60e. This is installed in a 1980 Triumph TR7...
