does esurance offer coverage in all 50 states? also isit legal to insure a 17 year old on a seperate policy? ive gotten tons of quotes but one lady said. oh with a wreck on your record you shouldnt switch cars. just lay low and hope you dont get kicked off the insurance.

I have Allstate and they're great.
