um... i have the big block hood on my firebird... and just so you know, it's a throwback hood from the 1967 corvette, not the camaro SS. ;)

    my proof:

oh and another point, the big block hood is a cowl hood, the SS is a ram-air. the two hoods are not related at all.

I plan to be sure they both are replaced again before the GMPP extended warranty runs out.

On my third gen, one headlight failed at 98500 miles and the other failed at 100500 miles.
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

It's almost insulting that you mention the Camaro being related to the Firebird. Us Firebird owners try to keep that under wraps.....like a little severely retarded stepbrother that you'd like to keep locked in the basement all the time

Where are the 2007 Camaro concepts?

            That's right, there aren't any.

And "fan art" isn't a concept.
            </font>
Where are they? You'll find out in 2006. ;) Anyone leaking info from GM is immediately shot.

ka50 once again looks like a fool, you fireturd owners are paying more money for the same cheap plastic and fiberglass composites featured on the Camaro, while paying more for insurance as well.

Also, take a look at the SS hood where the opening is, and where the air box is. How would that be functional? The opening on the hood is far behind the air box location. If you look at the Ultra-Z hood, where the openings are, that is why they can be made functional.

Only a fireturd owner wouldn't realize this and make a thread about it.

Camaro's have always had a better history. Mustang is competing with Camaro, not Poncho. When you see ads on tv, they say "Looking to add hp to your LS1 Camaro or Corvette?"

I don't see how the 3rd gen fireturd owners are saying their cars look good

Yeah, it really pisses me off that I'm not shopping for a bowtie grille and some actual wheels to replace my k-mart hubcaps. And someone mentioned Firebirds were cheap?

I know that comment wasn't aimed at me, but I'm having fun stirring up sh*t :D

For all those people who take this way to seariously, STFU. Im just poking fun, most of you guys got in the fun and quarrelled about difference in bewteen to cars that are basicly the same. I have owned both and both are great cars, Im not trying to divide up anything.

Its not my fault GM made the 4th Gen 98+ Camaro look like a Catfish. It was just taking a stylin cue from the catfish like 3rd gen Firebird.

But back to topic, why are you camaro guys trying to be like us firebird guys.
