This Wednesday, Feb. 27th at 4:30pm I'm going to be interviewed by Janelle So. She kinda like Oprah in a way but in a smaller scale. If you live in California it's on Channel 18. If you have Dish, I think it's also channel 18. It's going to be at 4:30pm. It's not live though. The filming starts at 11:30am and ends at 1pm.
For thirty minutes we'll be talking about my fiction book, and fitness. I think I'm going to be receiving callers asking me about my book, losing weight, and nutrition.
Anyway, I haven't been in front of the TV camara since "Sweet Valley High" series in 1995. Where I played the part as the pool jock. This should be interesting. My first time being in a talk show. I told my wife to take lots of pic, and I'll definately post it here by Wed.
