brother has one and helped him work on it, cant complain but it is kinda slow especially the older models, his is a 98 and only came with 150hp stock so its pretty slow, after mods i say its up to 230 tops
i just like the sound of the off road h pipe systems on the mustangs they sound so damn good. what does an h pipe sound like on a camaro?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0J80s1wnfgk
he hasnt replace the intake manifold if that what you meant, hes done little mods but for the most part is to scared to mess with it himself and has the shop do it....kinda got out of doin that to his car, mods and all, racing all together cuz now he has 2 other cars
I'd be nervous to race any mustangs in my area, because my area is basically mustang country. The 8 sec. mustang lives here. On top of that there's BBK Performance, Brother's Performance, American Muscle Shop, Top Pony Shop, and Mustang Specialty. All of them specializes in Mustangs.
A little? I think 170 would be exaggerating a little.
everyones mean to the mustangs, ill admit its not a race car in my opinion (my bro's at least) i say hes goin more for looks......though he has beaten some ricers b4 i got my car.....i just hate how he says he can beat my bird, cuz i know he doesn't stand a chance :cool:
almost everything he bought was never researched to see which would give hime the best output in hp....he just bought what other ppl recommended and if i was to ask him how much hp it had, he wouldnt know, he would just guess, which would be nothing but........:bs:
i just hate people who think there car is the fastest car in the world. Most mustang owners are that way. Especially girls that drive mustangs.
This girl i knew thought her 05 v6 mustang was faster than my buddies ls1 camaro ss
exactly i have a gurl at skool who has a 06 mustang conv. and she thinks its the fasted and hottest **** their, and she had the nerve to park next to me 2day, and when i left she just kept looking cuz thats when she noticed how much of a piece of **** car she had compared to mine

See this post is where the "f-body/mustang" fight goes wrong, he is all *****ing about mustang people having cooties when he should be trying to bang the girl that took notice to him and his car.
As for the guy with the pre 99 Mustang.... if is N/A and has stock intake manifolds, he is lucky if he is making 160hp to the wheels.
nothing wrong with that... but don't go around advertising your car as something it isn't makes you look dumb.
