Hey guys I haven't posted much here in awhile but im a regular visitor of the v6 forums. The last thread I made I believe I stated that I had bought a beater car which was a 2001 Mitsu Eclipse, well today (yesterday since its 2:54AM but I haven't been to bed yet) I traded that car which I only had a little over 2 grand in, a four wheeler that only had about 1500 invested, and a little over 1000 cash for a Black 1995 Pontiac Trans Am Auto with 114k miles. It's got a full borla cat-back exhaust, spectre cold-air, LT-4 Hot-Cam swap with LT4 heads which was rebuilt bottom to top during the cam swap. The transmission was also rebuilt the same time as the motor and has a shift kit installed as well. It did have a 2500 stall but the hub cracked and was replaced with a stock one. The rear end was also swapped over to 4.11 gears which I must change...2600 rpm's at 65mph isn't good for mpg :tdown: but for right now its a great weekend vehicle. Not to mention all of this work was done less than 20k miles ago.
I've still got the 95 Camaro 3.4 and just recently pulled it out from under the carport, charged the battery and started driving her again. So now I have a taste of both worlds, 95 Camaro v6 and 95 TA V8. Overall im pleased with the deal I got, its got some minor dings and scratches but all it needs is some TLC and it'll be awesome. Im pretty stoked seeing as how this is my first V8 sports car I've ever owned and its pretty stinking fast at that and sounds beautiful :excited:
