I put this in general tech and was told to put it here. But Im new here so cut me some slack. anyway when someone told me that his stock 2000 3.8 firebird hit 90 mph in the quarter mile i thought . Is it really possible for a completely bone stock f-bird to hit this in the quarter. My 2001 camaro is stock and i havent gotten it to the track but it DEFINATLEY does not hit 90. And since im pretty sure that his car cant hit that, he doesnt know **** bout his own car. I just need someone elses reassurence. Thanks for answering my question.

I have a bone stock A4 '01 firebird and i get about 16.05 seconds @ 84 mph consistently, although that was on a muggy day w/ on and off rain w/ no traction (i floored it on the second yellow and i didn't red light once :D ). Now I put in a K&N filter so perhaps I'll get sub 16's on a nice cool dry day. I best I got was 15.925 @ 84mph, so i know its possible [img]smile.gif[/img] .
