• HOLY CRAP! ANOTHER new best time... on $0

Yes you heard it another new best time...

r/t .821
60' 2.117
330 6.027
1/8 9.299
mph 75.37
1000 12.103
1/4 14.467
mph 95.45

Then I backed it up with a 14.506...

First the proof, Shane saw it, some board members at www.camaroz28.com saw it and my race was actually against silver97Camaro form this board.

Same mods...

Original Eagle GAs(didn't use the Kuhmos)
!belt
!airbox
!Maf Screen
!jack and spare
-unhooked exhaust

The other weight reduction I did was I took the panel that goes over the spare out(mainly so I coudl fit my tires, and rims in the back to take and get them mounted) And I emptied the windshield wiper resovoir...

The races against silver97 Camaro were awesome, he ran some 14.9s, but got me on the light, so they were close.

Good news and bad news is my times are getting much more consistant, which probably means not much room for improvement...

But on the 14.506 run I actually cut a 2.106 60' which is amazing for my bald opend diffy Eagle GAs.

Like the other thread says I have new rims/tires sitting in my living room mounted and ready to go! Mods gonna have to wait a bit, I got a digital camara, the rims/tires, clear corners, and just paid off Christmas bills and the bills for the month. Still have to save for insurance and a cruise in may. So might be awhile or I'll just start eating McD's only for a month and start modding...

Plans are LSD, was thinking 3.42s also but maybe not... Don't wanna play with the computer, too expensive... Maybe ls1 driveshaft, was consisdering drag radials with said lsd.

maybe cut a 1.9? get me in the 14.2 range for now?

Maybe start looking into some of the computer stuff...

Did you by chance take note of the weather conditions or density altitude at the time of the runs?? Inquiring minds at 4000+ feet want to know

60ish? Rained the day before... pretty humid, I had alot of dew on my car when I woke up and went ot campus, rolled off the roof and came in my window and got me wet BUt by night it wasn't that bad but I doubt it was at 0. Weather and track prep was much better in december right after nationals...

Track conditions were not great...

like said here is a post of people that ran that night in f-bodies... all thought it was a crappy night to run.

I had some traction issues on some runs.
