  • Shake down of new turbo system...

At still 5 psi of boost it ran a 13.6 at 102 mph with a 2.1 60 ft on street tires.

I couldn't swap out the 17 inch rims for nittos because I somehow lost my wheel key  so I just rolled on them for ****s and giggles.

When I turned up the boost my same reocurring boost control problem popped its little head again and I over boosted teh engine (20+ PSI). Engine lived but my FMU and MAP sensor didn't. Something inside fugged up and it blocked all fuel flow thorugh the FMU and the MAP died. Somehow I still half throttled it at 10 or so psi to a 107 mph run. Damn I was pissed. I need to swap tires and go out there at about 12 psi but I will have to fix my boost control problem first. Soon soon.....patience.

The suckage. Decent times for the 5 psi though. Gotta work out the little kinks and she will be fine. See what happens when you hit the track without my consultation??
