3400 head swap help

ive been reading about this 3400 to 3.4 head swap from a 99 grand am. has it been done. is there an instruction sheet somewhere? i wanna do it sincde my friend just totalled hiks 99 grand am. if youve done it. help me. goods bads is itr worth it?

30+ HP depending on supporting mods.

You can pick up complete 3500's for short cash now, and the heads will work on the Camaro pistons (3400 heads need 3400 pistons unless you want 13.x SCR), the 3500 heads give you 11.5:1 - accaptable on pump gas and retarded timing (compared to the stock tune).

You will need tuning, aluminum heads don't like the advance the ECM give to the iron counterparts.
