  • Headlight Restoration

So I used a Mother's Headlight Restoration kit Today, thought I would post results if anyone is interested

Here is before any work is done

Initial buffing with polish and pad

After sanding surface with included four step sanding pads

The final outcome after buffing with polish once more

Certainly doesn't look brand new, but not bad for about an hour of work

      Re: Headlight Restoration

I have that one and it didn't work too good for me.

This is what I did with my SUV's and Altima's headlight:

      1. Wet Sand with 800 grit.
      2. Wet Sand with 1000 grit.
      3. Use Rubbing Compound.
      4. Use Polishing.

It turns out better than Mother's.
