i used Plasti-kote Ultra Fabric Color. it's a spray can. the color is flame red. i've been drooling over the stock flame red seats for the longest time then i saw these at Pep Boys and hhmmmm.
i took the seat off and taped off at the seams and covered everything that will not be sprayed. then i just followed the instructions on the can for spraying. i sprayed 3 coats.
i only did 1 seat, so far. i thought it looked good but the wife said it was ugly. so i asked for your opinions first before i continue on with the rest. i'll post more pics tomorrow.
Yeah keep us posted on the wear issue. With my luck I'd do it and then get out after a sweaty hot day looking like I had a rectal problem :eek:

looks sweet. one concern tho. lets say its raining, you sit down on that seat. would the water soak in and stain your clothes or the seats? i wonder.... i would worry bout something like that before i did that.
