Yep...I got it...don't work worth ****...really good at detecting grocery stores...didn't even go off till I pulled over to the side of the road when I got a ticket. Stupid piece of ****....spend the money and get a Bel 985.
<a href=\"http://www.onid.orst.edu/~waltejam/\" target=\"_blank\">98 Bright Red Camaro</a><br />Too many mods to list....check my website
i have a cobra one similar to that one, hasn't given me any problems yet, actually saved my *** once today (generally only a once a month occurance ). I haven't been pulled over for speeding yet, but this town has a pretty ****ty police force.
BTW they don't work as well if you have your windows tinted.
BOOOOOO trust me i bought these things on clearnce at target EXACT SAME MODEL BRAND NEW !!! for 24.88 and sold them for 60 a piece..... I put away my Valentine one and put one of them suckers up to see how good it was.... put it this way after about 10 min..... i threw it out the window literly! hooked my V1 back up and was on my way.....
You get what you pay for with radar detecters. I bought a Bel 980 about a year ago used off ebay but retails for nearly $300 and its the best I've ever used.
Another good one (although an older model) is the Passport Escort 8500. Either of these models are all over ebay. They may be a bit expensive, but I feel better forking out money for this than $200+ for a ticket.
