Amp Interface(OEM-1) installation

hey, i just went out and bought a amp interface (like a OEM-1 i think)to hook up a amp to my stock monson head-unit. The directions say to connect the grey(+) and the grey/black(-) to the right speaker output and the white(+) abd white/black(-) to the left speaker output. But i do not know which wires are the left/right outputs. Does anyone know?? or do i need some kind of wiring diagram?

not to sound like an idot, but where? lol
Also on this i just noticed that i dont see something to hook a remote wire up to(this is not the OEM-1, I got it from best buy its installedge)
