I just installed a 10 inch lightening audio sub with a lightening audio amp to the stock radio. I noticed as teh bass hit, my display on my cd player dimmed just a tiny bit, and with the interior lights on, they also dimmed every so slightly. The car wasn't running, and the day before i ran the battery down with playing just the radio while i was running some of the wiring and mounting the amp. Do i need to buy one of those capassitors or whatever they are called. Or, will the alternator keep my charged up enough. Its only the 150 watt amp by the way. Thanks for the help.
Justin
It means your amp is sucking power through a 12v source that doesnt have any extra volts. my hu has a 1-4 volt sub outlet and 2-2 volt amp outlets. the stock hu's dont have any. I think it should be okay!
