since my kenwood crapped out on me, i finally got a new cd player after a week w/ no music. i decided to go w/ thepioneer deh-p7700mp. this thing is incredible for the price. it sounds so much better than my old kenwood excelon, and i love the mp3 capability. it pulls the files up really quick and displays the file info on it. i haven't played w/ it too much yet, i'll probably go out driving tonight to do that. only thing i wish it had for a visual are the eq bars on the screen, but i can deal w/o them. first impression of this thing is that its def worth the price. i've been ripping all of my cd's onto my comp so i can make all mp3 cd's. this is great so i don't have to worry about scratching the original and i won't have to keep changing them out to listen to something else.

yeah i've got 3 amps. i don't have pics of my setup b/c its cheap stuff and looks like crap. i have all my amps in a box i built and put a sheet over it to cover it up. its nothing worth showing, but it does the job good enough for me. i have a 80watt amp for my front speakers. 100watt for my speakers in the middle. rear speakers in the trunk are run off the cd player. subs have 800watt amp going to them.

i have the pioneer premier 770mp (same thing) and i love my deck. when i first got it it took a while to find out what everything did, but when i got it figured out i can have my bass however i want. there is so many levels of sound on that thing i love mine.Comment

2.2V isin't THAT bad. I think every amplifier ever made has a max setting of somewhere around 500mV. So 2.2 is WELL within any amp's limits. How much voltage do you suppose the stock headunit outputs?Originally posted by Big Tymer:
