after upgrading my alternator to a 160 amp unit, upgraded alt to batt to 4 gauge wire, and adding a ZZP wiring kit, I figured it would be time to upgrade my grounding wires. I grounded my batt. neg. to my chassis, alt, and intake manifold with 2 gauge wire. The car took a few minutes to learn to idle right again, but runs well. accelerates stronger with less pedal effort. I've also added a lot of electrical draw to my system such as 240 watt stereo, electric water pump, coils, wires, and MSD box, and a radar detector. any other grounding I should do to my system?
