I haven't heard anything about it, but it seems pretty cool didn't see this before. Hope someone knows a bit more than that site says. It seems like they produce 350HP without an IC, then the stage II has one and I guess can produce more. Maybe it's just poorly worded?

Thats for a fwd GP or Regal... and it took them 18 months to come up with the design?? I guess the f-body one will be at least another 18 away...

They have pictures of the pre-production kit here:

                http://www.3800performance.com/ct_turbo_kit_pics.htm

I am guessing they designed it with manifolds in mind instead of headers.

EDIT: I found a FAQ on their site. It is made for manifolds according to the FAQ. Also as suspected the 350 hp is crank hp. They claim 280 at the wheels on a stock car. More with supporting mods.

Doesn't tiago's kit on the 3.8L put on 294rwhp @7psi@5000rpm? That's pretty near 350hp at the crank isn't it, if not more?

pretty sure its more than that if not real close....

Edit : anyone know approx drive train loss on our cars? i would guess 160/200? = drivetrain loss 20%?

I stopped listening when people say kits for a 3.8l. If it doesn't say fbody I'm not interested, too many other platforms use the 3.8L for me to even bother looking at half the kits.

For what it is worth, they say they are working on the f-body version. It works with the stock manifolds (and I just put headers on  ). I was planning on going Supercharger but this might be worth looking at/waiting for.
