i gotta 1994 camaro and when its really cold or after i've run through some bad rain or something and turn the car off, the car won't start back up the first time and a "security" light comes on. i wait 5-10 minutes and by then the security light has gone off and the car starts just fine. what is it and how can i stop this from happening?

I had the same problem, and I was told it was my key that was the problem... so I got a new key and that didn't fix it. It turned out that I needed a awhole new ignition key lock cylinder (basically the whole assembly the key goes into) b/c of that anti theft key thing gm has goin on.\'97 Camaro 3.8L
