Coil packs which stopped the miss firing but now i have
DTC P1221 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low
DTC P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance
and the reduced engine power which i didnt have before and this kind of whistling when foots on the the throttle

Vacuum leak. Has to be a vacuum leak somewhere. Start checking vacuum lines and around the UIM, LIM, TB gaskets.
I know this is stupid question but where am i looking for the vacuum line?
and just threw a in a new TB gasket with the tb spacer that should be find.

they are all over the engine bay just start listening for a hissing sound to find a break or leak. also read up on google or youtube or just about anywhere on how to check for a vacuum leak. any vids of the car running?
havent got around to taking a another recent one, i could do that today, but the thing is, you only hear it at certain rpms, so need a second person, will get try to post for today.

Would a vacuum leak cause my reduced engine to go off, it only goes off after i give it 1/4 to 1/2 gas or about 5 minutes

You can also try spraying some starting fluid around different areas of the engine while it is running and listen for the engine speed to pick up a little. This can help you narrow down the area of the leak.
