Ok I broke a bolt on my tunnel brace when trying to install my new torque arm. Whats the best way to remove it? I can't get it with pliers and theres only like 1 cm sticking out of the hole.

stud puller, or drill it out, start with a tiny bit and keep moving to a bigger bit until it basically falls out.

Best ways I've used in removing broken bolts is to:

Drive a socket on over the problem and then ratchet it out. This also works with an adjustable crescent wrench too.

          or

Use Sears bolt-out. They basically ratchet themselves onto a stud or even rounded bolts and as you bring the stud out, the bolt-out head ratchets itself up the stud even more. Really nifty tool to have.
