if your car is stock. i suggest to stall it at 1500rpm. that will give you the best launch. but you need to play with it and find your best spot. but it gives you a starting point

alot of people will say "hold the brake and mash the gas until the tires almost break loose"
with my car leaving at 1500rpm flashed the convertor and i got a 2.1 60ft at 9.81 1/8 @71mph. stock car, 3.42 gears, open diff, street tires.
but testing the the best way. greatly depends on how the track is prepd also.
