pull em till they come off and have fun!!!jk...its a PITA...though, it might help if you do kinda twist them and 'play' with them a little bit. I found it easier to do the job from over the car, but alotta guys will say that it is easier from the bottom. just go for it and find out for yourself! have fun!

Just pull them. Do it from the bottom, on a lift, I did mine in about 10 mins with the hardest one being the back drivers side.

Changing the plugs sucks serious ****ing balls. Took me 3.5 hours of aggrivation and throwing tools to do all 6. The boots pull off and then throw them as far away as you can...you thank me when you chuck that instead of your socket. Then I just put real boot plugs on...those pita silver ones of whatever fabric they're made of.

Roll the car over, they should be easy to get to.

'00 has tubular manifolds. The spakplugs are easy to get to from above. hardest part is the stock boots. like above post...just sorta twist them back and forth a bit to loosen them up...then pull them off. no big deal. gloves are a good idea...no problem here though.
pull from the boot AND the wire...not just the wire. you might pull the wire right out of the boot if you do not pull them out together.
The three hour sparkplug changes are most always from the earlier years with the log manifolds.
