Today i was on it pretty hard let off the throttle and there was a pretty loud backfire out of the Cold air induction. I could hear it pretty good inside the car. Any idea's on what it is. Ive changed the plugs and wires like 3 weeks ago and there has been a service engine soon light come on but you can never trust those service engine lights.

Maybe you sure find out what code is setting off the SES. They are very reliable if you are willing to listen to what the SES has to say.
