http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33597

Does anybody know anything about this. I tried a search and found nothing on them. I emailed the guy and he said that you install it onto the external port on the ecm. He also said that there are great gains on the 3.8. It looks like it might be just another ebay scam. ?

You need the Camaro with the 4.3 engine to get the most out of it. ;)

It does not even look like a chip, just a tube with some wire hanging out.

I bet it's a resistor in that tube.

It is just a resistor that plugs into your IAT sensor.

YOu can pay 25 bucks for that one and get the nice looking plastic case and wire harness, or you can buy a package of resistors at radio shack for $.97 and plug them in yourself.

Does this resistor that you can buy from radio shack actually give you any gains???

The only thing I gained from the resistor trick was an SES Light.
