Any ways to disable the automatic sound changing feature on a '00 Monsoon system?

Any ways to change the autmatic sound level changing feature(when you speed up it gets louder, when you slow down it gets quieter)

I think I have read a way to do it but never paid attention to it.

Its a factory Monsoon setup on a '00

Mine doesn't do it; not sure if it is an option. Didya try looking in the owner's manual?

My Montana has a "SCV" (speed control volume, I think) button that turns it on or off.

Yep its the knob underneath the volume(as in the outer ring around the volume)

Has 4 settings, for the intensity of the. Bottom one is off.

It is called the SCV.

Wish I knew that on the road trip form getting the car, it was on the highest setting, and woudl change when I went form 65-85 alot, annoyed me [img]smile.gif[/img]
