with those mods mid 14s are attainable. there are people here who have hit 14s with less mods. it just depends on how your car will respond to the mods.

Isn't teh vs cam suitable for like forced or nos? If your going straight N/A get somthing more like a gt cam or a custom grind. Plus all the extra stuff like springs/rods ect. plus changing timing chain ect.
