just heard from the mechanic, i thought it was something wrong with the coil or spark plugs, but he said it was the fuel injectors
he put in fuel injector cleaner stuff, said to try it with that for a couple days, if that doesn't work i'm gonna need to go back next week and get the injectors taken out and checked/replaced
anyone else ever have this problem?

I haven't personally had this problem, but a car I had at work (I work at a Chevrolet dealer) came in with a similar problem. Your problem most likely wasn't as sever as his was though. Someone was out to get him and put syrup in his tank which clogged the injectors so bad I was unable to clean them out. Don't really think its what happened to you but you could have one that's faulty or severly clogged by something.
