ok... there is a vacuum line under the hood, near the windshield of the passanger side.. right by the cars computer.
you will see one vacuum line going into a splitter that distributes vaccuum to two other lines.
most likely that splitter is broken.
what you gotta do is have the car on.. have a friend sit in the car with the car on and AC on. then get under the hood and suck on one of the vacuum lines till your friend notices air blowing out the vents.. then just buy a t fitting for vaccuum lines and your set.
