  • coil packs

    does anyone know if i would benefit from getting all three aftermarket coil packs? i already cai, cat-back, platinum plugs that are 20,000 miles old, and 8mm plug wires. oh synthetic oil too.

      the stock coil packs are really good already. Most people just stick with the stock coil packs instead of going aftermarket. You wouldn't really benefit from it that much and could use the money elsewhere

            How much do stock ones cost?

                  yea, i got 2 brand new extra coils
                  and a brand new ICM never used
                  2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls!

                      well mine are working fine but i was gonna get it since i already have accel wires and some sort of platinum plugs. i figured it would be more of a gain than loss

                        if you got the money to burn I guess nobody is going to stop you. I myself prefer to use it on things I will see gains from. If you notice a difference, sweet, post up your gains.

                          alright. i doubt that to the wheels itd be like .5 hp but ill post if i notice a gain, wont be for a week or two

                              Autozone parts are not "stock: parts. those would be far lower grade than GM's brands.
