when the car is running and if i turn the key again am i supposed to hear a grinding sound from my starter? i did that by accident and didnt hear it at all .

Yeah, you're supposed to hear it. If you don't hear it I'd be worried.
That's you grinding the gear in your starter. Just don't do it again, it can eff up your starter or something else. lol.
But I wouldn't be too worried if it did it like, once.
Some cars it won't really make a grind sound, it'll make a loud SCREEEEEAAAAAAAACCCCCCHHHHHHH sound and man is it a GOD AWFUL SOUND. lolComment
