  • short circuited wire?

    94 3.4l firebird

this only happens when the engine is hot, but i can see blue sparks coming from the end of one of my plug wires. the engine does stumble when i hit the gas and i'm thinking that this might be the cause of the problem. when the engine is cold it runs perfect though. so do you guys think it's a shorted wire and i need to replace it or could it be something else.

there's only about 20k on the wires, but they're crappy "opti-spark" wires
