When I let off the throttle and coast the RPMs will stick (usually 2k) until I either I put on the brake or start to really slow down. What could be causing that? I suspect its vacuum related but I just flushed my lines and checked for leaks and she's solid... ideas?

Have you checked to make sure mat isn't holding the pedal? It may sound silly but it does happen.

Look at Vac lines and also your IAC and TPS sensors.
