    ok so i just installed my new coils and msd super c wires keep in mind this was my first time doing this to a car i used the how to guide that was really
    helpfull but i have one prob the wires did not come with instruction i guess because its commen sense so i did not know what end went to what

    i connected the long ends(2) to the coils and the short L(1) ends to the spark plugs (see image below) will this have any kind of effect???

    Reverse what you did, 90 degree on the coil and straight boot for the plugs. If you have headers the #4 stright boot goes nicely under the primary, using heat sleeves of course.

          Make sure you're not rubbing anything against the exhaust manifolds with the way you have it now.

                  Can't use the straight spark plug boots with pacesetter headers though, which is my problem but eh there are many solutions for that problem. Just keep that in mind if you intend to get pacesetters later.
