  • Ignition and Steering wheel removal

My friends and I are trying to put in my new ignition, but we cant seem to remove the steering wheel completely, they got the big nut in the middle off and we took the airbag off fine, its just we cant yank the thing outta there. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

nevermind, its impossible, u need a special pulley to remove the steering completely and you have to be careful not to break the airbag coil and then you have to remove the turn signal switch and all that crap just to get to the damn ignition, so the bird is dead for a while until I can afford the rapage from the pontiac dealer.
