I tried to call JC Whitney to see if they had any of the 3.8L Ceramic Coated Pacesetters Headers in stock. I didn't have the part number so I told her Chevrolet Camaro (I gotta bird, but I know they are only listed under camaro, so I did this to eliminate confusion) 3.8L, 1998.
She said that she only has them to 1997 and goes into this whole deal about having the correct year or they won't fit and duh di du di duhh.
I tried to tell her that if they are for the 96-2002 3.8L they will fit. Like she knows more than me about my car. She also mentioned that "armor costing is usually reserved for motors like the 5.0L." HAHAHAHAHA :rolleyes:
I ended up hanging up the phone before she ever even answered my question, which is "Do you have them in stock?"
I hate incompetent sales reps that don't listen to you. Oh, this pisses me off to no end!!! :mad:
Is there anywhere else besides ammperformance that carries these headers?
