ok guys, heres the deal. i put a set of headers on my car, well as i was taking my last manifold bolt(stud) out, which was the very front on the passenger side, it snapped on me. just want some clues on how to tackle this mess... i dont feel like pulling my heads off, so if theres a way without doing that... please do tell. otherwise if i have to pull the head off, my cars not staying stock internally anymore... =\...

Re: uhgg... manifold bolt busted...
Can you grab it with vice-grips and twist it out? If not, the next step is to try drilling it and then using an easy out. Make sure you let some penetrating lube soak in there before you attempt either.
If that fails, you are either stuck running with an exhaust leak, or your head is coming off and you're driling and tapping that hole.Representin' Team Red In The North
