    Alright so after my 15.3 1/4 mile run I dont think ill be able to get much faster, maybe a 14.9 with better DA and my coil pack replaced. But i wanna go a little faster.

    I was thinking about going with a nitrous outles brand x dry shot. And I plan on running a 75 shot. Id like to do this on somewhat of a budget though. So I was hoping I can get some help on what I do and dont need.

    so what I got lined up:

    -Brand x dry kit
    -tr6 plugs (need them for 75 shot?)
    -remote bottle opener (gonna go stealth, its going in spare tire area)
    -bottle heater (I can get that later on down the road, but is it good to have?)
    -wideband (getting installed this week)
    -PCM for less tune
    -gonna drop the timing 1 degree (will that be enough?), along with having my shift points firmed up and some other stuff.


    Ok, so what else do I need? I know fuel pressure safety switch is good, but ill have wideband to monitor, so im not that worried.

    Its an automatic car, I dont need a window switch correct? I feel like once I get the shifts firmed up, I can just spray through the shift.

    tps/wot switch. Do I really need that? cant I just spray it when I want to?

    Am I missing anything? anything i should add or take out? Do i need a purge kit (it would be cool:p)

    Sorry for all the questions, any help would be great!

    I think purge is mostly just for the wet kit. What wideband did you go with? and $?
    Wait, Is that a V6 or V8?

      I went with a glowshift brand wideband actually. I know most people dont run that brand, but it was on sale for like 60% off. My friend ran it in his SRT4 for a couple years aznd said it was great.

        not true.

        def. get a bottle heater, in the trunk, in the shade your bottle will never get up to operating PSI.

        I ran a 75 shot through the shifts, no issues there.

        get a FPSS, any safety measure is good to have.

          I wouldn't worry about much with a 75 pill. TR6's are out, go with the BR6EF, which is the same heat range without the projected tip. All that extra stuff is over complicating what should be quite simple. Feed line, bottle, solenoid, nozzle, line from solenoid to nozzle. If you don't have a heater, just heat it the old fashioned way with a 5 gallon bucket of HOT water. Make sure you run at least 93 octane.

            Thanks man, I thought I was making things too complicated haha. I just wanted to make sure because other people have all these other features, but im sure their set ups are alot more serious.

            Should I have them pull the timing though in the tune? Or will computer be able to adjust for it?

              mail order tune isn't ideal for a nitrous or FI car. You are shooting in the dark with it. Some cars are fine with 75 shot and stock timing, others need to adjust it a bit. So I dunno how your car will react to it. Only way is to get a scanner on it during a run and see if there is any KR

                I know this, but I dont feel like dropping 500 for HPT, just for some spray that ill be using only now and then at the track.

                I guess ill just run the 75 with pcmforless tune and see what happens. Ill just watch KR and misfires with my aeroforce gauge.
