My friend had a 79 Camaro. It had a small block 350 all built up to the nuts running 12.5 CR. I cant remember exactly what he had done to it. But he put lots of money into it. He ran on pump gas.
I am sure our cars would be a lot less though. But I really dont know for sure.Comment

Well, I've been looking into my super engine.
Compression ratio (for a dual stage 200 shot max and 150 shot min) will most lilkely be 9 to 1 or maybe slightly lowerRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6

why lower cr i thought it was higher cr for nitrous

Well, I plan on uping the nitrous shot much higher with a built motor.
With all that nitrous you do need to lower the compression ratio.
I am talking about shots in the 150+ level.
