• Very good nitrous article!

Its sad that it is in a Mustang magazine. ( Yeah I know, I was reading a Mustang mag. But we were underway on the ship and I was DIEING for ANYTHING car related to read and this issue was all about our favorte gas! :D )

Now this is the article online. And there was alot more in the mag on NOS's new NOSzle system and the top 10 mistakes that people make with Nitrous. Great reading!

Don't feel bad..I read and purchase Mustang magazines on a regular basis now. They are way more informative than the Chevy mags that are loaded with useless advertising. Besides, the info. is universal and can be applied to any car and better yet, it keeps me up on the competition

Online article was pretty basic. I wish they put the NOSszle stuff in there, cause that really intreigues me right now. I want to see how that is working out.

Basic yes, but then how many basic questions get asked in here?

The NOSzle article was really good. Direct injection in the same spot as you're fuel injectors. Kit came standard with a window switch too. The fuel and nitrous are fed in though the NOSzle itself, the injector sits inside the NOSzle and the NOSzle rests in where the injector would normaly go. It works just like direct port injection. With only 2 settings though 100 and 125 shot.

With the baseline pull for the GT being 235 rwhp with not much more than a CAI and possibly exhaust ( it didnt say in the article
:( I just went off of what I could see from the pics ).

After the install she jumped up to 312.1 rwhp on the 100 shot, a 77.1 jump. Not bad, the kit looked really nice and came with just about every thing lacking plugs, purge, remote opener, and bottle warmer ( shoot they even included the fuel pressure safety swich ).

I do not limit myself to chevy magazines.

I get ford, import, or whatever.

The NOSzle system hasn't impressed me.
The rwtq gains seem to be consistently lower than a true direct port system.
I would not do it

I would say the 6-7 psi fuel pressure is a little low for our cars too...

I do have a copy of the NOSzle install manual in PDF. If interested, just e-mail me or post here and I'll pass it along. I got it from NOS when I was inquiring what it would take to make my 2 kits into 1 Noszle kit.
