yea you can do it that way too, I would just think it would be easy to bump it under there.

Bigger fuel pump is a good idea..... 75 wet/ 85 dry - stock pump should be fine though.

I have a mechanical wide open throttle switch that is wired to the throttle position sensor, and it only comes on at wide open throttle.
