  • Squeaking from front right wheel

Hey guys, I'm new here (will upload some pics soon).

Got a 2000 Camaro V6 which has a decent squeak when the car is in drive and in motion, and it gets louder as you apply the brakes, but quiets when there is a lot of pressure on the pedal.

I really have no clue as to what it is, but I believe it could be some rust built up on the rotor/pads or possibly even some ball joints going bad.

If anyone could give me some info thatd be great.

Ask any questions if you need more info about the squeak.

I am having a similar problem with my 2000 Camaro and still haven't been able to figure it out. Mine is more of a clicking noise along with a squeak. There is a build-up of rust on my rotors which I will be removing tomorrow. I never thought about replacing the ball joints.
