hi all, i'd like to do an upgrade on my suspension, but i don't know anything about it. i've been reading about eibach springs, decarbon shocks. it's all i need?? also how much is the installation cost. i only have $1000 to do the whole thing, so what would it be the best combo?
    thanks for your help

If you want to lower it, go with Eibach springs sure, and spend $300-450 on shocks. Hell have them revalved and shortened by Strano to match the springs! The most important upgrade you can do besides chassis stiffening is shocks, springs are appearance only IMO.

IMO, this is the best advice I've ever seen on this board (seriously), especially to the many who post "i'd like to do an upgrade on my suspension, but i don't know anything about it". It ought to be posted where everyone can read it first.

To 99redcamaro: Take any money left over (after chassis stiffening/shocks) and get a good set of tires. The tirerack website is loaded with information, including user reviews.
