• New rotors and break pads...which ones?

My front rotors are shot, and i might as well get new break pads also.

Whats a good set of front (pair) rotors for no more that about $120. And whats the best break pad to use that puts out less dust and best breaking power.

Go to ebay, and enter "Camaro Ceramic Pads" in the search box. I got a set of ceramic pads made by carquest that cost me $32 shipped to my door. Almost zero dust, and good stopping power too

Hawk HPS are VERY nice pads. My friend runs them on his Formula and does Autocross and open track racing. I'm going to upgrade to them myself when I do my brakes.

                Yeah I hear that!

That's why I put mine face down on some newspaper and sprayed the outer surfaces with some black VHT caliper paint...

                Works great!!

I have EBC green stuff break pads, I love them. Def. a lot more stopping power.

i hear ya , i drove my friend's TA with the EBC pads and fell in love with them, but i really didnt want green pads... i also painted them black.. they look fine now.. and stop great

ive never riddden in a car with ceramic pads, but for the price of them they seem like a pretty good deal and they seem to stop almost as well as the EBC pads
